You can play those games with ATI Xpress 200m graphics, but you may as well shoot yourself in the face because it looks like ass, runs like ass, and god help you if someone throws a smoke grenade. And yes, you can easily get 3 year old laptops for 400$ with lackluster graphics chipsets in them. May as well save your money and buy a brand new one.
Laptops in general are a total waste of money if you plan on playing games on them. They are more prone to damage, depreciate in value much quicker, and will stop running games that the same equally equipped desktop machine can still run.

Get one of these and call it a day.
XG STATION
And pay what extra for it? Something like that I can easily see in the 200$ range, + a somewhat decent graphics card, darn near the price of a new system right there!
For those of you that honestly cannot thing about building a SFF shuttle, and getting a harness for the monitor, tower, and accessories. Go die in a fire, because the novelty of having a gaming laptop wears off real fast. I know, I had one of the Asus F3T notebooks.
Can also argue "well you can't play it anywhere" well f*ck, when i go somewhere, I go to either A. Work, B. go on vacation*which doesnt have gaming involved* or C. Out with friends.
It's like having a BMW, you pay extra for the damn same thing, metal box with wheels and an engine, just has more bells and whistles on it.
