Well after you get that new rig built.....you need a copy of Adobe Photoshop. If you are new with Photoshop however, it will take a while to learn everything Photoshop is capable of doing. I still don't know what all it can do, but I can make a basic sig.....not as fancy as Haze's though. The Sam Fisher is pretty sweet!

yo this is only my 2nd sig be kind i no its not very gud but i will get better btw the pic of snake is supposed to be in full colour but i pressed summet it went that colour and i liked it

yeah those sigs are pretty hot. sam fisher is a beast in splinter cell. chaos theory was a great game.
