CT Office Strategy

Obviously, there are a few standard strategies, like Rush Garage, or Rush Middle Hallway. I'm looking for some other strategies. I know its hard to get people on a team to do more than simple instructions, but it makes for good conversation.
Personally, I think you need to go with a 2/3rds, 1/3rd approach. Leave 5 people to defend whatever you will consider to be the back of the group. Then have 10 people rush forwards. After 30-45 seconds, the back group should press forwards in their direction to help catch the T's in a crossfire. If the front group can put enough pressure on, they should break even with the T's at about 3-4 deaths before the back group rushes in. I've seen this work a bunch of times, but people don't ever understand how they won.
Any other strategies out there? I'll probably post some more later.

In the office however... The key to CT success is grenades, smoke and frags. Smoking the camp-hallways makes it easier to rush. If CTs get T-spawn and still have a lot of people left it's usually game over for Ts.
And a tip, always check the bathroom! I can't count the nnumber of times I've hid there and shot the CTs running down long hall in the back, I usually only get one of them though.

ill tell you why. its because, unless there are good players on ct, ppl dont listen to you, you tell em rush garage everybody goes office, and whenever you say rush they stay IN the garage and get naded... many ppl do not understand the meaning of the term Rush, which means get to a certain position faster than the opponent.... sometimes ppl really piss me off
other times one team is just so stacked with good players that there is NO chance for the other to win, so there is no other chance for cts but to camp garage and get overrun from 2 directions... which usually ends up with your pretty ass slapped by AK
but the main reason is that, for some reason, cts cant shoot straight in garage i, alone, can take out a few ts, so why cant others... basically, its all in strategy of the team, AND leadership... someone always has to coordinate those niggas!

When I'm CT (woot!) I sometimes hold the garage if Ts are rushing. The first ones coming down the stairs usually get ripped my by Aug/unslienced M4 But others just don't seem to have any finesse when holding the garage.
The two best spots are on top of the crates and in the corner with the window.

I've realized that the only way for CT to have real chance is to rush rush rush, every single one of them. With unsilenced M4s preferably. They literally rip the sh*t out of everything. Storming the bathroom and sidehall area are key because if the hold back the garage force will come back up behind them and they'll be in a world of sh*t.
If Fluke is playing he'll usually keep me occupied ()so they can just rush without fear. I probably shouldn't be saying this cuz it will make it alot harder for me but wth, I like my game to be a little challenging.

Another factor is that snipers and flashes are banned (thank goodness), CTs own if they can flash and snipe the hallways.
