Ok this is my rediculous setup for liquid cooling, FIRST OF ALL I want to say the tiny little "Nautilus 500" which is a liquid cooling KIT, is used on the side to run all this ^^
Posted Image
The tubing is sealed from any liquid in the cooler leaking out of the cooler ^^
Posted Image
Copper(best for temp change control) piping spiraled in the cooler(s) connected to the tubing!

Chill that b*tch up! ;D

Quick pic of my sys specs ^^

More to come, need to get picture of my computer ^^

I never really thought of using a cooler of ice for cooling a computer lol

Good job on being intuitive

Nice idea, but ice isn't a constant source of coolness. Why not run the pipes inside a deep freeze? That would be badass.

Looks cool!

Was thinking about running everything into a mini freezer, but I am too lazy for that. Which might not make since taking the time to sweat copper piping and all xD

Anyway it will work better if I used dry ice, just gotta fight out where I can get it locally

That thing would be more useful for beer than for a computer.

useless unless extreme overclocking, for everyday use whats the point going to buy ice everyday... If overclocking why not go all the way and just get liquid nitrogen.

Liquid Nitrogen is really only good for benchmarking, can't keep liquid nitrogen consistent in a liquid cooling loop for gaming, h/e if I could use refridgerant and a compressor, maybe that would be more consistent, but not in my budget lol. The ice was a temporary thing, until I could find dry ice which last LOADS longer ;3

thaught this was a pretty clever the oil will heat up eventually but you could take it to another level and run it all throught a radiator and keep it nice and cool
