I have a way to get legitimate, unused copies with fresh serial #s, of windows XP pro for $40 from my school, i'll send one to you for $50 over paypal, to cover shipping + a little something for myself. Send me a forum PM or talk to me on vent if you are interested. i only have a couple weeks to do this. I can also get copies of Vista Ultimate for the same price.

Just because it costs money does not mean that it is "legit". Most schools get a deal on MS products for their students.... that means your license is for a registered student in that program. Essentially, if they encode your personal information in each copy that you send around, then you could be tracked down and sued for piracy.


Read the license, it's probably from MSDN.

no, they are not privately encoded or anything, i work in the tech department and im the person selling them... we just get a massive box of disks.

im really not too sure, but i think when you "rip something off" you dont pay for it. Then i went on further to say "ill make you a box of special cookies" as proper compensation.
