Yes, but if you are acting way suspicious, and the car smells like bud, cops can call for a warrant and they will make you sit by the side of the road for an hour or so.

Let's see
First time I was high included: laughing for an hour, eating a box of cereal and macaroni, pissing my pants, singing in the shower cleaning off the piss, and that's about all I can remember. People told me other sh*t that night, but I can't remember what they said.
Now I'm a month sober, my girlyfriend is keeping me off of it, not only with the money-issue but she doesn't like "Pot-heads", and she's so damn fine it doesn't really matter, she still lets me drink anyways :D
