so I am looking for a new headset, right now i have a 24$ Plantronics but it seems to be going out on me.

looking for something that is 5.1 from about 30-60 dollars . Durable. Good. and Comfortable.

I think Shadow or Zeke said look no further than this one. That was in an old post, though so you might find something better. I plan on buying a new one and so far, this is on the top of my list.

I think thats the official BoSS headset. It was my post way back when, and yeah...bought it and i hafta say its a damn good piece of technology. Only complaint is the speakers are loosin it a bit, but its been a year and i play quite a bit of bass through em...its certainly comfortable....crystal clear mic....great deal for the $$$.

it looks pretty solid ill think about it. i am a little iffy on usb b/c i have a soundcard and my soundcard has no usb ports on it.

lol, when you get a USB headset you don't plug it into your soundcard, you plug it into a USB port on your computer and it acts as its own soundcard, which is good if your current soundcard is integrated because it will stop using your CPU to process sound so you'll get slightly better performance.

I've been using USB headsets for over two years and I would never go back.
