I've had the mx518 for about a month now. I too got it from Newegg. Great thing about it is that it's light compared to my other mouse. I had a MX1000 wireless laser mouse. As for the on-the-fly mouse adjustments, I don't use it that much. It's a nice addition however. Great feel. I was kinda expecting indentations on the mouse surface because it actually looks like it's been altered for comfort but I was wrong...lol, it's just a smooth surface.
