i didnt say anything or do anything, why the ban?

It was probably a temp ban, if it was a perma-ban then wait for the admin that banned you to reply. If they don't then you will be unbanned.

Shadow banned like 9 people yesterday
Otherwise, just hold up and the admin that banned you should reply
btw starting the topic with "Admin Abuse" is not really a great way to go.
