Figured I would post an update, anyways, few minor issues that I need to work out with the os, so new servers will be up within 24-48 hours at most once the techs reply to them and I get everything sorted the way I like it.

I believe it's the same. I'm also located in Miami, so it's not gonna get better since I'm far.
Also, 100 tic would be good. BTW, 40 slots is fine any more than that would just be laggy since it's a small map.
