Our building runs on an OC-1 at 51.48Mbps
there is no such speed as a "T3"
'T3" is the cable line the connection runs on, the proper lable of speed is DS-3 which is 44.736 Mbps. A DS-3 runs on a T3 line. T3 isn't a speed, it's a frequemcy capacity.
