Something keeps trying to download at 186kb/s on my pc, fresh install nothing infected. I dont have anything downloading from steam, but when i start it up something is dling in the background sucking up the bandwith. I got a network thingy to monitor whats going were and scvhost is responsible for the downloading. Anyone have this happen before?
