Hey!
I have a person on the server Cs:Source BoSS 24/7 Office, that keeps team flashing and it have repeated it self way to many times. So I decided to record it, and since the videos were around 3GB I uploaded them to YouTube:
This probably isn't a "cheat", but it was the only place I found that could match a bit. And I was wondering if you guys could permanently ban this person. I have died serval of times because of his team flashing, and so have others too. It is also ruining my gameplay.

ehmm, for some reason he is still not banned? He is playing right now on the server(69.10.56.10:27015), he goes by the name Axiom, but the Steam ID is the exact same. Did you just ban him for a day?
