it is proven that video games help prevent strokes I know that because it keeps your mind at full attention much like sports but sports dont do it as good, video games are more of an excerise

Yea, with video game playing you learn how to multi task like eating with one hand and playing with the other. Same goes for with the phone or a cigarette. Skills you can definatly use when you start your desk job.
