ive had adaware se personal lovasoft for a year and its great. ive never changed any options on it but it never finds anything anymore, including negligble objects. is it possible something is blocking adaware like some kind of spyware thats making nothing show up on that program? it stopped finding negligible objects about 2 days ago.

Ok after you open it and push start do you do "Preform smart system scan" or "Preform full system scan." Full takes longer but it scans deeper into the computer. And have you ever updated it?

yeah ive never missed an update. and i always do full system scan. its been working fine for a year since ive had it. i check for updates every time i use it and it always finds negligble object but not all the sudden it doesnt so i worry it wont find anthing.

ok i uninstalled and reinstalled it and it works fine now. before the website was blocked too so there most have been something. oh well its back and going.

if i were you, i'd run more than ad-aware... try spy bot s n d, microsoft anti-spy ware, kaspersky

all that stuff, at least once a week, shouldnt miss a thing

i've had ad-aware for about a year too and i like it. i haven't used anything else and it always atisfies me when it gets rid of that spy ware

they have this trial on download.com of software call spywaredoctor its very cool found tons of stuff that adaware and spybot did not find. but it was only a trial. =( i hate paying. but i use adaware and spybot.

im gonna get the microsoft one.
