to do this, create your own game with 1 bot on the other team and in console do;

sv_cheats 1
sv_showhitboxes 2

thats just idiots proof that without config tweaks your game runs retarded.... my hitboxes stick to the models at all times in a serv, trust me Ive done it, ive got no issues.
