Hey fellas,

I just picked up my new video card today, traded in my x800 xl for an x850 XT. I overclocked that bad boy to 540 / 590, so now it's an X850 XT PE.

Oh, and it's f*ckin noisy to anyone wanting to get one. My x800 XL wasn't really that noisy, but this thing sounds like a diesel truck running next door. But I underclock it (to keep the fan down) during 2d mode, and overclock it (noisy) during gameplay.

I can't wait for my processor to get in.....

I have a socket 754 that I bought last summer. I have a 2800 slapped on it. The 3700 was $189 USD on ebay. It's the fastest processor for the socket 754 and should do me fine until I upgrade my mobo and proc (next year).

There were a bunch of overlap procs for both sockets. So yeah, you can get the 3700 for both 754 and 939.
