Thats pretty bad dude. It could really be anything. I kept getting them alot when my motherboard was f*cking up. Eventually i got around to testing all my ram. None of the sticks i had worked correctly. So i ordered some more. Still didn't work. So then i ordered a new motherboard. Haven't had the bsod since. But like i said, it could be anything. Search on google for the numbers or something.

Kid, Motor, First, next time I see you post anything but your own problem in technical support your banned.
Ok onto business...

This is a Windows 2000 Executive character-mode STOP message. It indicates a problem with an owned mutex or an unclean asynchronous procedure call (APC) state.
could be the issue... dunno about Windows 2000 but you may want to check your PCMCIA and USB ports, could be the issue... aside from that Id probably say its a gud 50% hardware based, could be software, for example if you use norton I hear with updated versions it gets prone to scan files that are in use and caused BSOD's because their detection system is a bit stupid... I dunno if you continue to get bluescreens let me know ill have a look at it
