Well which ever one you want... or which ever your computer supports... because my computer can only have the ram installed by 2's (i have 4 slots) like i cant just put in 1 stick... it needs 2.. so i got 2x 256 and 2x 512.. i dont really think it matters if its 2x 512 or 1x 1024...

go with 2 512 sticks. Advantage, dual core. Plus the speed settings are much faster and the CAS latency is better than a gig stick and they are more suitable for overclocking because of better voltage.

2 sticks are better. For example, you have a problem to solve, so you hire 2 scientists ( i know, kinda random haha). Do you think they will solve the problem faster with one really advanced i dno calculator, or with 2 less advanced calculators. If you ask me, id say the 2 less advanced, because it allows them to think and test sh*t at the same time, which would increase your efficiency.

2x runs faster like keira said... 1 single stick runs slower.
