I have a bunch of parking tickets at my school and you can't register for classes till you pay them, cause they put a hold on your school acct, so me and a buddy go up to the parking and trans dept to talk to them
conversation goes like this
Billy: Hi i need to pay some tickets.
b*tch: ID #? (at this point i now begin thinking of css-steam id)
Billy: How do i find that
b*tch: look on your id
Billy: Is that in console? oh yeah advanced options
b*tch:...what? (she finds my name) $40
Billy: I wish the admins would stop taking my money
b*tch: what
Billy: I really love the website when do you think that you will lift my ban?
b*tch: i will do it right now.

Parking tickets at school are a b*tch. Over my 5 year college career i have paid over $300 in parking tickets. My last semeseter i found out how to scam them. I lived on campus and at my school they had "real" cops that would give out tickets. (they had guns and sh*t) A "real" cop has to write down the exact date, time and location in which you were parked illegally. The campus pigs were too lazy to do this. so i appealed every ticket i got last semester and parked wherever i pleased. I appealed over 10 tickets. The cops and Admin were too damn lazy to look into it further....... BUt yeah it really sucks balls to find out that you cannot register for classes on the last day because you have unpaid tickets which you have no money to pay for.
