[Massacre]

Whenever I try to launch cs it goes to its loading screen then disappears seconds later. This is pissing me off. Anybody have an idea on how to fix this?

2 steam updates ago, my DOD:S got f*cked and had the same problem.

Mine never got fixed until the next steam update.

try deleting the clientregistry.blob (is this right?) in your steam folder. That is a good fix for a lot of things.

i keep telling people this, bc i have to turn off my firewall for any steam game. not sure why. fear too. i didnt used to. but if i dont, it wont launch. if thats not it, might be a reading error for a file you have. try backing up the files by right clicking on my games. and restore them and then launch. hope to see you on buddy.
