You know what is suprising, and is really f*cked up?

The two stories that cut my balls off.

The first one.
A chick bough hot coffee, and DROVE away. while driving she spilled coffee on herself and sued. she won.

PS this is the reason everything says: Warning Hot Content... or pools say Dont Run. it doesnt mean you cant run, its just a self-defense-mechanism for businesses.. if some body falls down and tries to sue, they wont be able to do sh*t, since it said no running.

Second story.. this one just totally f*cked me over.
A mother sued McDonald's, because he daughter is too fat...

yeah, I want to add one about Mcdonalds....about 5-6 years back here in mass a woman slipped on a pickle.....a friggin PICKLE...and sued mcdonalds because she hurt her back..and won...the real kicker to this story though is...then her husband sued....for loss of services from his wife....and WON...I mean..wtf, I think im going to head to target and choke on a pretzel or somthing.

That second lawsuit is common, the sexual one. Doctors, small business owners, or anyone liable for anything will face that charge if anyone is ever hurt in their store, or if a malpractice lawsuit is filed. They win almost 100% of the time. Thanks to democrats like frag...jk.....these lawsuits will never stop.

Doctors have to pay for malpractice insurance don't they. Or they can get it one. My wife is a nurse and she says some of the doctors pay out the ass for that sh*t. But i guess if you are ever facing a lawsuit you can just let the insurance company take care of it.
