silencer or no silencer on the m4?

no silencer, more powerful. People say that the silencer makes the m4 "more accurate", however that is only because it shoots slower. If you know how to use it, no silencer is better.

haha that's bs. The firing rate stays the same. But you are right that it is more powerful. 1 bullet at a time the are as accurate, but when 'spraying' silencer makes it less jumpy.
It could be argued that even the damage stays the same, since a headshot from either usually ends up being 86 dmg. But in my experience people die quicker (in less hits) without the silencer.
Besides the sound without the silencer is so intimidating when you see a group of them running blindly at you. And needless to say if you want to be stealthy use the silencer.

I used to use a silencer...then on a server i ran out of ammo and picked up an m4 without silencer and a bunch of t's coming at me so i didnt have time to put the silencer on and I found my-self doing better with out the silencer on, I've been using the m4 without silencer since.

no silencer lately. i used to always use it until i foud out it didnt make a difference in accuracy. having a loud gun makes me feel more bad ass when shooting sob's vagina off.

generally silencer off, i think for one shot it is more accurate, and i usually only shoot in very small burts or single shots.

depends of if im on assult or defense. on assult i use silencer, on defense i remove the silencer. sound of m4 makes other team slow down usualy if they are on a rush. oh and if there is only 1-2 enemy left, i take silencer off. so even if i die my team will hear the fighting and locate the hiding T.

I ussually play with no silencer. Unless a team keeps smoking up places. Then I put it on cuz of no muzzle flash
