Granted, Packet loss is never good, but how these guys do a test is remarkably stupid...
Ok so say im playing a game, and im using 100% of my bandwidth [which is a GOOD THING!], they try to max your connection and see what you have left over, like wtf? Quality of Service protocol implemented by windows just steals 10% of your bandwidth for worthless windows sh*t.
on my connection, it says i score a 4.2 because i have my QoS protocol off, because I actually know how much bandwidth each application should use when it needs to, granted there are times you want to max out your connection, but this test basicly states that its a bad thing for some reason, with the QoS service enabled i get a 5.0 score, gg f*cking morons....

For those interested, DSLReports.com has some great tools for this kind of thing.
That's the site I use most, great site, very indepth.
