I hate it when do updates. All I want to do when I get out of work is play a little CSS. `endrant. Updates are a way of life and I understand that. That's not what I want to b*tch about though. The first thing pisses me off is how in steam you can turn off automatic updates, but every time I change the setting to "ask me to update," I go back in there and it's back at "automatically update." WTF?? It also updated twice which was fun. One that this update "fixed" is that "Underwater observers no longer play drowning damage sounds." This is fine and dandy, but as I was underwater trying to snipe the fish in the new map with the scout (which is anazingly difficult and pretty funny) I drown. I noticed that it did not play drowning sounds, I just died. "Damage taken from "world" 100 in x hits." After another year I expect to have to buy another harddrive as my Valve folder is already at 400 GB........... :32:

EDIT: Erasing all your favorites is also pretty fun. Anyone know the IPs for the BoSS servers??....hehe

yeah it sucks. itsl ike 10000 servers of the 21000 usual servers are down. all my faves are gone. milita is nice tho

I could deal with my favorites erasing themselves after the update, but EVERY time I load steam. One would think that there was a very simple fix to this and they would roll out a tiny update to fix this alone. If I didn't have all of 4 servers in my favorites list then I'd be REALLY pissed.

For some reason everytime a new update comes out it messes something up.(Cant keep favorites) I really dont think anyone on steam even plays Counterstrike sometimes. I like militia, but it's no aztec.

ha....i should be the one complaining about the f*cking updates

steam is stuck in 82% of the update, when i try to open counter strike it says that the game is currently not available, so basically, i cant play, and i dont know how to fix it

For whatever reason my favorites list is empty in CS but if i am outside of it just with steam open it shows them....

Just an annoyance but it seems like a glitch.

yea when i click refresh it brings up only 500 servers out of the 15000 or watever
and my fav list keeps getting deleated
STEAM IS GETTING F*CKED UP
but lucky boss is on those 500 servers

Obi to minimize searchin for servers... filter servers to east coast,ping<100, not locked.

Or just go to steam>view>servers>favorites

edit: Or even better, you can just put the IP in, which was listed by Aziz already
