Yesterday I woke up to the sound of my power supply failing.
Dissection of the power supply indicated the cooling fan burned out, allowing the unit to overheat, which in turn fried the motherboard. I haven't tested my 3 video cards or my hard drives yet, hopefully they are OK. The condition of the processor and RAM is also unknown.
ASUS is going to replace the motherboard, but I wouldn't expect to see me on the counterstrike servers for at least 2 weeks. :32:

I feel your pain. The powersupply in my server just died. It works, but windows starts up for like a few seconds then everything goes blank. As I was checking sh*t, I noticed that my powersupply smelled "toasty" You know the wonderfully sh*tty smell of roasted electronics. Anyone know if Antec has a lifetime warranty?? I spend like $110 bucks on the f*ckin thing way back when a 400watt PSU was considered a bigass one.........
