How do i join BoSS?

I'll throw the BoSS tag on too if y'all don't mind. BoSS is the only server I play on, and y'all are pretty cool. And since it's not really a "clan" (more of a community as Capn said it) I won't feel as geeky

I can't get the mic chat program yet since I'm on my suitemate's computer and he has no mic, so if that hampers me, I'll leave the tag off.
