Hey Az, you need to steal sh*t, get caught, and then go to jail. When you get out, the next time you sleep you will be contacted by the Thieves Guild You can do alot of fun stuff with them.

i just got the game 4 my 360. i was gonna ask you guys for help b4 i started... but then i just started. i picked an orc. ummm.... thats all i know... still cant figure out how to use magic.. though when i press a button magic happens i just have no idea what the magic is... anyway game is pretty to look at... i just dont know whats goin on yey.

The way it was in Elder Scrolls 3 was that orcs suck ass at magic... so you just probably have no magic spells and so you can't use magic.. because you have no spells lol...
