[S.W.A.T. 2.0]

OK, I know that in CS 1.6 all you had to hit is ` to bring up the console, but it will not let me bring it up in CS:S. I've heard other people saying that they cannot bring up the console either, so I'm wondering what it is I have to do. Is there a box or something that I have to click to enable the console?? Does it just not work if I bought the game retail??

Anyone know how to bring up my console??
