Just ordered my x1800xt from the egg. $349 for 512mb Retail version....not too shabby. Also got me a 520w OCZ powersupply to replace my cheap 430 thermaltake. This thing is a MONSTER 52A on +5v rail is insane power full. And another GB of memory. Might have the second most powerful system in BoSS...hehe

Seriously .... anyone need a PCIE videocard for cheap?? I have a x800 pro and x850xt I need to get rid of.. PM me if interested. ( I'd put it on ebay for ya "buy it now" style if need be and I have perfect feedback) Will sell to BoSS member for less than I can ebay it for......

enjoy that man. good deal too. yeah, i got my 9800xt for 300 bucks, and with shipping and tax, it was 432. so not too shabby? haha yeah right. so that was 2 years ago and was the best at its time. congrats on your new buy.

you be able to have tge best settings for oblivion.... im jealous >:|

Thats why I got it. Oblivion plays "ok" on my system but I run it at the native for my 20" LCD @ 1680x1040. NOw i can turn EVERYTHING up.....hehe can't wait.

Nice shlonky. I'm waiting for the new m2 to come out and prolly gunna go with the x1900xtx if nothign else new has come out... can't wait. Do a 3dmark on it when you get it and let us know. sweet

I've read about the new m2 quite a bit. My conclusion is that AMD has some tricks up their sleeves that have yet to be released. From what I've seen there isn't a huge performance gain with the new sh*t. However only a few beta type chips have been released.

I got my X1600 yesterday and I'm averaging around 80fps. the best thing is Quake4 which I need to play more now plays on the highest graphics quality. Oblivion looks awesome as well.
