Haven't played UT since, well, UT! and I haven't played Battlefield since BF1942, and never online. I'm quite happy with CS:S still. The whole vehicles thing makes BF unattractive to me.

never played BF 2. but I'm willing to give it a try. since its price is going down relatively. I played first BF demo. though it should be completely different experience on online. I have a nice joystick to go along with that game. I could make a good pilot.

I'm a mad helicopter pilot.. and an ok jet pilot.. but there is no way i'll be able to get bf2 any time soon.. so if you all wanna play the demo, then im all for it lol..

BF2 [Server Wise] is horrible because ranked servers can only be bought through EA Games, Or there resellers, at which i think its like $7 Per slot or somethin, its nearly as expensive as a dedicated server, thus I am turned off by that and dont feel like hosting it.

ooo.. we could all play planetside for free.. planetside.. that would be fun.. just all get on on liek a server make a battle group and own some noobs.. and no one has to buy or pay for anything...

Edit: oh and with the free thing.. you get both expansion packs, so you get alien weapons and the uber cool robot things.. althought with the robot things.. you can get the prerequisites to pilot it, but you cant build one yourself.. so if someone who pays builds you one you can pilot it.. which is awesome because the only restriction is the battle rank...

bf2 has been out for quite some time now. i have around 200 hours in it and i havnt played it in a while. now this question doesnt revolve around me so getting it is fine but i would suggest a new game that isnt out yet, that we could all plan on saving money for, or wish listing it so that we all have it. im thinking another shooter that we could all enjoy such as when css first came out. everyone was so happy and nice. im thinking ghost recon 3 for pc, or unreal tourn 2007, or the new wolfenstein, or quake wars. but picking a game thats been out for a year that already has 2 expansions, might not be the best. however if you do not have bf2, it is great.

I've never played BF2 but I've heard good things about it. What does it go for, like 50 bucks or somthing?? Idk if I wanna drop that much on a game right now but if yall are jumpin into it I might b/c I might need a lil skip from cs:s for a bit or something to go back and forth from.
