heres my rant and rave. it is so f*cking hot right now and my dorm thermostat is bullsh*t. its on cold on high and its still about 82 in the room. its so hot and nasty in here, the weird thing is, its only 75 ourside. f*cking dorms....
anyways the problem is with it being 82 in this room, when i play css, even with my vid card fan on 100% and my 3 case fans on high, going 4000 rpm, my vid card gpu hit 88C. it didnt crash, but that is one hot mother f*cker!

Damn, that's near boiling lol. Try putting some frozen chicken in there. Might as well make use of that heat and get something outta it.

That is complete BS!.. I would have some heads if my room was 72 degrees....let alone 82. You better be complaining about that crap...and if you need a "fake" lawyer to make a phone call....let me know.

i dont know how complaining would work out. theres 40000 people at this school and all the temps are decided by the school. i dont now who i could complain to or what would be done. i wonder if its like my house and theyre trying to save money. i pay tuition so i wish i got what i want. getting a/c and the air isnt that cool at all.

i have 3 case fans at 4000 rpm 120mm. theyre loud but fast. they keep it cool now that i called those numbers 2 weeks ago and i can keep my ac in the dorm room at 70 f.
thanks tho. its all good now. wasnt too bad of a problem, never had a game crash, just uncomforatable and high numbers.
