I have a lesser card and i can get 740\920 if i water cool i'll be able to get 800\1000!!!So he should in theroy get higher clocks.And im sure he will my cpu @2.8 gpu 740\920 i got 10900 b*tches!!If i had a fx60 and x1900xtx 14000 maybe 15000 we'll find out when shawdow gets better cooling for his gpu cause i'll never have money to buy his sh*t!!But for $1000 you can build a monster that gets 11000 thats the sh*t.And all you noobs with nvidia

If it wasn't for hook ups I would be using ATi. But I can't pass up 50% off 7800gt.

By the way, what's a good temp to keep around when overclocking, I want to add a little speed, but still keep it stable and reliable. I'm only running at 490/1100 at 30c right now.

My friend has that same card he said he's seen 70c and it hasnt locked up him.Ask wyte mafia what his card gets stable??And i know sniperwolf and massicare have 7800 ask one of them if they've overclocked??What temps were and what not!!But after 80 -90c meltdown temps so id say 70 is safe overclock that b*tch!!!!

seriously?? damn thats low dude. idk if its my card or not but I idle at 46-48deg celcius and under load goes up to the low sixties. you sure thats your gpu??
