For the record, HTML does not count. Anyways.... what languages do you use... what's your development environment like.. etc?


I used to do C++ with EMACS in linux, but I've taken quite a liking to Java and Eclipse.

Well my dad and my bro are both programmers and im gonna start it this summer, so i said yes and im probably gonna do some java and some C

yeah, i got paid very well when i was in turkey. it was 3 times of average salary, plus housing and transportation. Well when you know at least 2 languages, it is easy to learn the rest. they look a like alot.

i went to school for computer support technology in high school joint vacational school , and sinclair college for cis... and learned some stuff like. VB,vbnet C#, C++, pascal,xhtml, ceml, java, Cisco IOS-based PIX firewalls, perl, cobol, xml,dtd,xsl,dom,sax,php,sql, pl/sql
army taught me, linux for sun mircrosystems and cdp with some others for cisco,ccna,ccnp... now i make the big bucks.

lol i remember doing that making small games with random outcomes, using the random number ><= got you different sh*t, and then having the pictures come up. those were the days

Visual Basic (got Visual Basic .NET 2003 and a programming book free from MSFT a couple years ago for watching these three 20 minute movies on their site) and a suppose it counts that I heavily modify the GTA3, VC, and SA source code.
