Im looking for a program that makes my IP address untracable and that makes it change a lot this way I can use P2P clients and stuff without any fear. Is there such a program that makes my IP random and untracable?

no such thing as random and "untraceable", Random, possible if the p2p program you use supports open proxy's with full anonymity.

nobody touches my elite proxies, ever..... im seting up a proxy quickswitch on firefox here at the moment, which every second, the proxy changes, for ultimate safe browsing...
