I saw an ad for this and gave it a try. Much higher res than Google Earth.

GE has a much better interface, but this Windows sh*t is pretty cool.

More detailed.... in some places.
A lot of places don't have bird's eye view, and even the aerial shots are weak compared with google.

Yeah theres some sort of law that says you cant have them in realtime for security reasons. Not sure what the timeframe is though. The one of my parents house was 2 or 3 years newer than the ones on Google Earth. Realtime or a few weeks/months would be great though.

Meh, the picture of my house is the exact same one from google Earth, not to mention the whole area. Seeing as it's fall on the left of the highway 2 blocks from my house, and spring/summer on the right side of the highway.
And the resolution wasn't really any better ither. Maybe it's just select areas.
That and the pic was really old, from when we first moved into the place. Before I was even in high school.
