Alright, so I am having a tough time selling my old computer, and decided to possibly keep it.

I am going to swap out the graphics card and get a basic one. Or I might sell the whole computer with this graphics card.

The card is a true ATI X850 XT (VIVO) / AGP. I have the retail box with manuals, VIVO dongles, cables, software. It's a great card, even better than my current card, which is a PCI-E.

It is one of the best cards, if not the best card available for the AGP platform. It takes up two slots, and the fan is quite loud when at 100%, but that's only when 3D apps are running (games...).


I am willing to trade for a cheap AGP graphics card, like less than $50 cheap.

Also, if the right offer was made, I am willing to sell the whole computer, with or without this graphics card.

hm im interested. just to get this straight, you wanna trade ur good graphics card for a crappier one even? i have an fx5700 agp 128mb graphics card thats about a year and a half old that i'll trade you. its in my working second hand computer right now.

Yeah, I'll try to explain my situation.

I bought a new computer about a month or 2 ago.

So, I have this older computer that is still a pretty good gaming machine. I was having a hard time selling the whole computer, so decided that I might keep it. Since I don't need an x850 xt in my spare computer (ie. file server..), I decided to sell it. However, if someone wanted to buy the whole computer, I'm up for that as well.

However, I'm not looking to trade them at par... I want a cheaper graphics card so that I make the difference in $....

i know squirrels at work but i figured i would throw his name in the hat. he is going to need a video card quickly because the person that he is barrowing it from is about to gank it back. we have a couple old cards that work fine but aren't great gaming cards. I have a radeon 9500 all in wonder which is a good cheap card. its not a peice of crap either you can play counter strike with it and i did for a long time. anyway he needs one and he might be willing to throw some cash towards you too monster so think about it. cause a fellow boss member needs some help.

The card that I am looking for does not have to be able to play games, in fact that is why I am selling this one.


A tv tuner would actually be pretty cool....

well it has one. it is my card but if you and him could work some sh*t out i would be more than happy to give it to you so he could have a decent card. he has always kind of had ppls left overs and i know he wants a decent card.


maybe he could give me a case of beer for it or something yeah that is what i will do
