Yeah ive been having this problem with my web browsers (ff and ie) in which the browser goes non responsive then asks me if i want to end the process and i cant seem to figure the f*cker out. The only thing i havnt tried yet is a reformat but i dont want to have to do that. Anyone know how to fix that sh*t??

please dont post to this if you dont have a solution

Reinstall Firefox?

Try Opera but it seems like a problem outside of software. (If it happens to both IE and FF)

Does this happen when you go to a specific website?

it could be that thing that multi-request internet thing, the one that has been posted here like 3 times at least. That f*cked up my internet the same way.

reinstall doesnt work...and this shti happens randomly with both ie and ff

Do a good spyware scan, delete temp windows Files with a cleaner like CCleaner

to emphasize on DarkShadow... Spybot 1.4, AdAware, and Kaspersky. Also, check your about:config page in FF. that may have a clue.

two different things. i'd check both. thanks for adding that one. i know my comp used to BSoD b/c my linksys drivers were wrong for the g-reciever model i had. i had to reinstall some drivers and change some stuff in about:config. whatev. try registry mechanic too...
