my fav, who knows. i like many movies for many different reasons.
if anyone has not seen, life aquatic with steve zissou please do. it is straight up hilarious.
I just watched miami vice again. I dont understand all the hate for it. I really enjoyed it, but i also really liked Heat. Its very much the same style, and i love the camera angels and use of color/exposure he uses.
munich is damn good too.
Anyway, i will come up with a list sometime.

You sir, are on crack. Desperado is 10x the film of Once Upon a Time in Mexico. OUTM is no where near as interesting and the plot tries to do far too much in too little time.

Well yeah, Depp is good in the movie. But it adds an unecessary second plot. The whole FBI/CIA/Fake Barillo storyline takes away focus from what really matters: El Mariachi getting revenge. That's what makes Desperado a better movie, it's far more focused on El Mariachi catching up to his (then unrealized) brother. Splitting the focus brought down OUTM for me.

It was unecessary!
And they could have expanded on the Mariachi's second revenge story.

choose aliens over alien? odd.
Alien was good, but I loved the marines in Aliens. "Game over man. GAME OVER! We're screwed man! WE'RE SCREWED!" Plus the I never can get over the weapons, the pulse rifle has to be one of my movie weapons of all time.
