I don't mind cold day but unless the server s full speecastle is a bore. Too many people camp in little corners you can't see or they just snipe you from far. That's not a gungame. let alone a TURBO one...

I agree some of the maps on there really defeat the purpose of 'turbo'
It's good to have one large map like cold day if we should break 20 ppl some day. But hell, even combine lockdown supports 20, and it's alot more fun.
Canyon is ok, but the satanic one, speedcastle and overpass are real server emptiers :tdown:

I forget who it was but the other day I think Frag and I were saying how maybe a smaller version of cold day could be fun. I'm not really a fan of canyon but it isn't terrible. speedcastle is fun with a full server, not so much without it. I go back and forth on overpass. If you have a team that actually wants to do something then its okay, if the server is full of people who just want to hide in dark corners, not so much fun. natus is just kinda ugly and not that much fun to play, tomorrow morning in class i'll look for some new maps and come back with some possibilities.

I love the concept of cold day, but the map is humongous. It's a real pain to get a nade or knife there. and people just sit in one spot and try to snipe you with their glock.
Mebbe a project for Shadow or Chris to make a boss_coldday? :perk:
