If you want good beer to try, Victory Golden Monkey Beer, funny name, but it has 9.5% Alcohol content...
me personally I've been drinking Stella Artois a lot cuz it seems the best beer that everyone in Jersey has...
If I'm drinking hard...The Goose gets 'em loose...nuff said.

Carlsberg is awesome, Frag.. and i havent had Tuborg in so long.
I remembered the name of the New Zealand beer I was talking about though - Steinlager - at least i think thats what its called - i enjoyed it very much; even a little more than stella (ive had too much of it by now)

Imagine the sweet flavor of whiskey with the aroma of White Oak from the charred barrels they use.

I used to drink a good amount of Johnnie; however, i then switched to Jack - just the taste seems smoother and more settling than JW.
American Beer is water -
there's a lot of difference between scotch and bourbon, but i still prefer scotch before bourbon.
American beer is piss, end of story! The only ones that aren't embarassingly pissy are a few micro brewers and maybe Anchor Steam and Sam Adams...
Europeean beer however... Beers like Carlsberg (Import!), Tuborg, Jever, Grolch and Staropramen will grow hair on your chest!
and NORTH american beers are piss, agreed, but SOUTH american beers ftw!! if you can try Polar or even Solera, a couple of beers from Venezuela that kick ass. European beers like carlberg, amstel, heineken, lowenbraun are pretty damn good.

I got shit-drunk-off-my-feet every weekend at age 15, and could be pretty choosy about what I drankIm 16.....
but then again, I lived in Sweden.
And Pusadolfo, Carlsberg and Lwenbrau are in a whole other ballpark than Amstel and Heineken. The one european beer that's big in the US that is drinkable is Budweiser. But ONLY the real ones (Budvar) that are brewed in the Czeck Rep.
From wikipedia:
"The lager fermentation for red label Budvar is 72 days; for Budvar Strong, 270 days. Budweiser Budvar has a very rich taste of malt and Saaz hops. The bitter hop presence and distinct malt profile makes it easily distinguishable from an American Budweiser, which also uses rice in its brewing process."
lol I can just see some redneck talking trash about "ricers" with a rice fermented beer in his hand. Ownd

And forget this American imitation. You have to get it from the country that INVENTED the drink- Russia. Surprisingly, some of hte better brands are the ones that are most commonly known- Stolichniya cannot be smacked down.
And now, the obligatory joke about how American Beer sucks.
Did you hear about the home brewer who entered his first brewing contest?
The letter he got back read, "Dear Sir, your horse has diabetes."
