how do you get someones steam acount and how do you go into console

you enable console by going into ur options and its under one of the advanced buttons. then in game u press the tilda key in the upper left hand corner to the left of the one. to get someones steam u type "status" without the quotes and then itll give u the steam number of every person in the game.
