whether you are looking for security software, software drivers, optimizers etc., this is a great place to go.

the website is very organized and easier to navigate than download.com which i find a plus.

i think this site is better because i don't have to filter through all the non-freeware just to find what i am looking for. plus this site has the old versions of the software too.

Hippos are way f*cking better than download.com'z. But in all seriousness, this guy is right, hippo file IS better. Got alot of the good software on the front page, rather than filtering through.

download.com also includes viruses and spyware on some of their applications because they don't filter them and allow any1 and their mother to post on there.
