My comp continually disconnects from the wireless network causing me to loose network abilities such as the interent. Is this a problem that can be fixed quickly, i mean software wise? Or might there be a problem with the wireless network because we have anouther computer on the network in my house but it never looses connection. Any help would be appriciated.

probably at a deadspot in your house, try movin the comp around a tad and see if that does it.... otherwise dunno..... im not that good with wireless, all I know is that it sucks for gaming and such

Alright ty ill give it a try. I hate my wireless lol. I donno if it is a deadspot tho cuz my bros xbox (hardwired 2 router) looses connection too but its only my comp and his xbox that losses it my other 2 comps are fine... i donno ty for the help tho

I fixed this on my laptop, by making it getting it's own IP, no DHCP
