You made a purchase from them at an agreed upon price and they did not deliver. First write a letter to the headquarters, when you get that back, file a complaint with the BBB you will get at least one system for that price, but it'll take some writing.

I think I'll do that poops. The worst thing that can happen is that they say no and I waste 5 minutes writing a letter / filing a complaint. Thanks for the advice.

They certainly owe you something. Technical glitch? Too bad. Tell them to take it out of the the web dev budget. Obviously there's some problems there anyway.

I only bring this up because I hate Future Shop so very much. I have had many a fight with them, and they are a royal pain in the ass. But I have learned that persistence pays off. If all else fails threaten to go to local news. lol. They like quirky stories where some joe blow thinks he got a great deal and then the evil corporation comes and snatches it away. Better yet, tell them you are going to make a youtube video about it. :)
