Ok, so I click on my short cut to CounterStrike Source and I get this errror,"Steam has found a problem with your local game file. Game files will now be re-acquired from the Steam servers." Then when I hit ok the same window comes up.

try to delete local game gfc filesystem and redownload the entire thing perhaps...
