f*ck call centers and the low lifes that work there............dont take it the wrong way if your one of them.

WHEN YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE FOR THE U.S., WHY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES FOREIGN PEOPLE WHO CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WORTH A DAMN!?
When I called I talked to 3 different people, only one of them spoke proper english. The first guy sounded indian and the second person was a woman that sounded chinese. WTF!?

no no, he was trying to tell me what I needed to buy ( a pet peeve of mine), and that I had to buy the $400 phone when I had all ready found the same one for $60. Then I asked to speak to his manager and he had the nerve to ask "what for" .

Indeed, verizon can suck frog nuts. Oh and lots of those people who work at call centers are fobs, mock their accents so they can understand easier, thats what I do .

I roll Verizon, the only problem i have is my battery dies within a day... this could result from me throwing my phone at concrete and down stairs multiple times ( and it still works !)switch to verizon...

that can also be caused by weak signal or a faint evdo signal bleeding in and out, well if you have an ev capable phone.
I roll verizon too cuz my phones are free b*tches!

1) drink a 5th of jack.
2) dial the wrong number at least twice.
3) when you get it right, blame them for the apparent number change.
4) scream a lot or come up with your own accent and try to slur enough 4 letter words into a 2 minute span to make a biker blush.
last time i did that i ended up getting reimbursed for gas mileage to and from their store, and credit on my next bill ranging from $5-50.
