I don't know how to do a demo, but I believe Penis Patrol is hacking.
When I spectate, his screen shakes when he is being shot at.
I know, I know. Don't accuse someone when they are on a roll, but it's very sketch.

Bring up your console type record [demoname] and it will begin recording. Then in console type stop when your done to stop recording. It saves in your cstrike directory. Also type status while the alleged hacker is playing to get his steam ID. For future reference of course.

mike here said it all... and then once u record to view it i think u type in playdemo inside the console... and if u want other people to view it... contact a person that knows how to host these demos and there ya go

Yea or you can use demoui command in console and load it from there.

also, type "status" in console and grab his steam id so when you do get the demo you can give the steam id to make it easy for the ban hammer to nail him.
