I was there when Fred was on, and there is absolutely no way that he wasn't hacking. He had on aimbot and was wallhacking. It looked like he might have had a speed hack on too. He was on there for a good half hour to 45 minutes, if not longer.

Just in case there's any doubt about his scores, I got a screenshot a little while before he left.
