dude, far as i know they consider her not lawfully able to make a decision untill she's 16. so yeah u can get into trouble. there's this three year thing. for instance, guy dates girl since high school. she's a class under him. he graduates and still dates her, in the process turns 18 while she's still 17... as long as she's within three years age of him he's cool. now he's 21 and she's 20. but in your case like i said she's not even 16 yet, so i'd hold off for a lil while. thats is if u wanna play it safe.... i mean u can always go for the older chicks. u know the ones with cars and sh*t. check, ... my lil bro's 15 and right, dates a 17 year old chick that drives his ass everywhere. thats my advise to you. if u wanna be smart about it.
